Planning 

I recommend booking your newborn session at least 2 months before your due date to secure your spot. We’ll connect—either by phone or through messages—to go over details and plan your session. We’ll talk about the best spot in your home to set up if were doing lifestyle photos we'll want to find an area of your home with good natural light. For the studio styled photos I'll need a small open space in your home—about 6 ft x 6 ft of clear floor space near a window or wall—so I can set up my backdrop and studio light. We'll also go over your preferences for colors and props, and what kind of photos you’re most excited about.

Props & Wraps

Before your session, you’ll have access to a prop gallery where you can select 2-3 props and 3 wrap colors. I’ll bring those selections with me, along with coordinating accessories (headbands, hats, or other matching details). Everything is thoughtfully curated so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Lifestyle Parent Portraits

In addition to styled newborn photos, I’ll capture natural family moments—cuddles on the couch, holding your baby by the window, or reading in the nursery. These lifestyle images show the real love and connection in your home and pair beautifully with the more posed newborn portraits.

Your baby’s safety and comfort are always my top priority. All wraps, blankets, and outfits are laundered with gentle, baby-safe detergent after each use.
